No Return & Refund Policy for Lingerie, Undergarments & Intimate Wear
At sabsekharido.com, we prioritize the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of certain products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following items under our Clothing and Accessories category:
- Lingerie
- Undergarments (including bras, panties, briefs, boxers, shapewear, etc.)
- Socks and hosiery
- Any intimate or personal wear items
Why No Returns or Refunds?
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wear and undergarments cannot be restocked or resold once opened or tried. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers, all sales of these products are final.
Exceptions:
We will only consider a return or replacement if:
- You receive a wrong product (e.g., incorrect size, color, or item)
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery – this will be investigated as we shoot the process of packing and quality before we courier the products
In such cases, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at response@sabsekharido.com with your order details and clear images of the item(s) received.

- The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
